Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of property managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Lead daily meetings with the property management team to discuss key performance indicators and goals
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies
  • Conduct property inspections, negotiate tenancy extensions, and coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair issues
  • Process deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and complete eviction requests
  • Ensure all properties meet regulatory health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage complaints and complete check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a property manager within residential lettings
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
  • Outstanding customer service skills
Benefits:
  • Basic salary range of £32,500 to £43,000 per year, dependent on experience
  • Up to £7,200 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
  • Further £3,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £43,425+ per year
