We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software and Hardware Integrator to join our team at Expleo Technology. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and integration of complex systems.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating complex systems, defining traceability mechanisms, and developing test cases. You will work closely with Domain Subject Matter Experts to ensure that any test cases are valid, traceable, feasible, and provide necessary evidence. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Systems Integration Team to ensure that test cases are pragmatic, comprehensive, realistic, and achievable. You will also identify, report, and propose mitigation for risks, issues, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate complex systems to meet customer requirements.
  • Define traceability mechanisms between requirements and test cases.
  • Develop detailed test cases to verify complex system behavior.
  • Work closely with Domain Subject Matter Experts to ensure test cases are valid, traceable, feasible, and provide necessary evidence.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Integration Team to ensure test cases are pragmatic, comprehensive, realistic, and achievable.
  • (Potentially) execute the defined System Test Cases within an Integration Laboratory environment.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project management teams.
  • Identify, report, and propose mitigation for risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements:
  • Evidence of senior software and hardware integration experience.
  • Able to read and interpret SysML models, especially sequence and internal block diagrams.
  • Able to interpret textual functional requirements.
  • Proven experience of writing detailed test cases to verify complex system behavior.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:
