Facilities Management Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Engineer to join our team at ATTB - The Big Jobsite in Devon. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks in commercial and industrial buildings.
About the JobYou will work on a range of contracts including councils, local authorities, schools, and care homes. Your duties will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive maintenance tasks within industrial and commercial buildings
- Responding to reactive call outs and fault finding on boilers and heating systems
- Installation of new plant and equipment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications (Commercial: CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A; Domestic: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
- A driving licence
- Previous experience in a dynamic and reactive maintenance role
- An NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating
- Experience within a similar role

- A competitive salary of £46,000 - £48,000 per annum
- 30 days holiday, plus an extra day for every 5 years of service
