Group Paid Social Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Social Executive to join our team at Forward Role Recruitment. As a Paid Social Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our Paid Social strategy across all Group brands, reaching and engaging new and existing audiences to drive KPI performance and achieve set targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Paid Social campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Paid Social best practices, testing new innovations and making recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Support the execution of the Group Paid Social strategy in core markets to drive brand awareness and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Central Digital teams and Brand teams to create targeted content and communications.
  • Contribute to new and innovative Paid Social techniques and channels, working closely with the Group Senior Paid Social Executive and Group Performance Marketing Manager.
  • Report on key KPIs to monitor and develop successful Paid Social initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of market trends to develop and inspire the Paid Social strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months of Paid Social experience.
  • Proven ecommerce experience, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Highly numerical and analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
