Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Evening Sales Assistant at our store in Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide product information.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer payments.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
