Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise our product to our visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of either Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12
  • Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month
  • Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day which suits you
  • No weekend working

As a Retail Sales Associate with DCK Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sales support. You will be based in Jersey but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone.

Requirements:

Please note that the Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December. Please bear this in mind when applying.
