Job Title: Windermere Store Crew

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Windermere Store Crew member. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, assisting customers in finding the best products to suit their needs
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, including GDPR guidelines
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment
  • Confidence in taking the initiative and working under own direction at times
  • Team player with great time management skills
