Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Shepherds (Windermere) Ltd as a Sales and Customer Services Trainee.
This part-time on-site role is based at Windermere Marina Village and involves providing general customer services duties, including speaking with clients on the phone and in the office, arranging appointments for viewings, and supporting the Sales Team with administration.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, be able to learn and adapt quickly, and have a passion for the boating industry.
