**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kurt Geiger. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store visual standards, and supporting the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-organized, maintaining high standards of presentation and display.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals, including meeting sales targets and maintaining stock levels.
  • Be a role model for the Kurt Geiger brand, embodying our values and standards in all interactions.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
