About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
- Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products with customers
- Work in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms, and processing deliveries
- Take control of your own development and contribute to the success of the store team
About You:
We are looking for a great communicator who is always looking for ways to help. You will be friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days. You will be excited about the challenge of a varied and fast-paced job and be flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile.
