Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Tailored Personnel Services Ltd. As a key member of our therapeutic residential childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our care.

About the Role:

  • Provide 24/7 care and support to young people in our residential homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in childcare or a related field
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
