Renault Trucks Essex is seeking an experienced Workshop Operations Manager to oversee the management of a large workshop of technicians. The ideal candidate will have a Retail Dealership workshop background and be skilled in supervising colleagues and controlling work flow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer expectations and job profitability
- Ensuring service and repair work is completed to time and quality standards
- Managing customer service, supervisors, parts team, and technicians to work in line with standard OTI process
- Managing workshop productivity targets and employee performance
