About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Data Controller to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in processing OEM Factory Warranty & Repair & Maintenance Contract claims, validating documentation, and reporting on claims while working with Authorised Service Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all repair claim types within agreed timescales with correct documentation.
  • Validate scheduled claims for correct service & maintenance activity based on unit history & customer requirements.
  • Ensure claim lines have correct repair tasks codes & parts (if required).
  • Verify Running Hours & Odometer readings match previous repairs for that unit.
  • Produce internal & external reports as defined & required.
  • Liaise with Authorised Service Partners to discuss & resolve current issues around claim submission.
  • Develop knowledge on Carrier Transicold products through self-training & Carrier Transicold training courses.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft packages Outlook, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
  • Data validation & reporting skills.
