Job Title: Home Moves Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Moves Officer to join our team at mhs homes. As a Home Moves Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing voids and lettings, ensuring that homes are quickly filled while complying with policies and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an ambassador for mhs homes, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and fairness in all interactions.
  • Handle all aspects of lettings for social housing tenancies, including new developments.
  • Oversee home allocations, manage temporary rehousing needs, and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Use systems like ONE Housing and CRM software to manage and update information.
  • Adhere to EDI policies and contribute to service improvement through feedback and personal development.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, knowledge of social housing allocation processes, and a proven record of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Resilience, attention to detail, flexibility, and a commitment to mhs values.
  • Familiarity with housing management and CRM systems, and relevant qualifications (e.g., CIH Level 2 or 3).
