Teaching Assistant Role in Primary Schools

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in Primary Schools in the South Staffordshire area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for pupils.
  • Provide individualized support to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a cohesive and supportive team.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being and safety of all pupils.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in child care or a TA course (Level 2 or Level 3).
  • Experience working in schools, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, pupils, and other staff members.
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
