Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist in Linlithgow. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's life by providing personal care, social support, medical assistance, and practical help. With a valid full manual UK driving licence, you will be responsible for planning and attending outings to various clubs and leisure activities, administering medication, assisting with daily household tasks, and promoting independence.

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland provides personalised and outcome-focused support to over 2800 individuals in their own homes across Scotland. We support individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse, and autism. Our award-winning learning & development team offers continuous training opportunities to ensure our employees have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care.

Salary and Benefits
This role comes with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As part of our TRFS rewards scheme, you will receive paid travel during shifts, and a Refer a Friend scheme offering £150 reward for successfully referring a friend, family member, or colleague. Additionally, our company provides continuous in-house training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
