**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of staff in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items, promotions, and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company brand and values.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
