About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards that make our Lounges so special.

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in driving sales, team retention, and customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing rotas, and leading by example to inspire your team.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in restaurants, bars, or cafes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
  • A passion for hospitality and a flair for talent spotting.
  • Strong knowledge of sales building, sales and labour forecasts, and best practice in recruitment and HR.
  • Ability to work at pace with limited supervision, while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
