Associate Director, Asset Management

Norse Consulting is a leading property consultancy delivering high-profile projects to public and private sector clients across the UK. About the Role

As Associate Director, you will support senior management in managing property professionals and technical staff specializing in property management and valuation services. You will provide inspirational leadership, management, and direction in line with the Group values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior management in managing property professionals and technical staff
  • Provide inspirational leadership, management, and direction
  • Ensure effective day-to-day management and robust performance management of the team
  • Work with clients to develop, implement, and monitor property strategies
  • Monitor income and expenditure of the team
  • Provide proactive and responsive strategic advice to clients on property issues
  • Ensure the valuation team's business plan and financial targets are achieved
  • Manage and resource work effectively, inspiring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Estates business plan objectives and targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Estates-related discipline
  • Previous experience in managing a team and/or management responsibilities
  • Full UK driving license
  • Willingness to travel to different offices outside of Norwich
