We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Omoda Dealership in Solihull, UK.

With our new purpose-built facility, you will be part of an exciting new brand to the UK market and Listers group. Major dealer uptake and plans for rapid growth in market share make this a hungry, ambitious opportunity.

The role offers a competitive salary with an estimated annual package of around £50,000 (OTE), including a basic salary of approximately £25,000. Benefits include use of a company car, comprehensive training, and future flexibility on hours and shifts as the team grows.

Job Description

The successful candidate will focus on customer excellence, ensuring every customer feels unique by understanding their needs and preferences. As a Sales Executive with Listers, you will match customers to the right vehicle, ensuring features and add-ons meet their requirements. From financing to contracts, your goal is total customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
  • You will maximise opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet enquiries.
  • You will adhere to Company FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

This role may suit someone with previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager. You will need to demonstrate an ability to achieve and exceed targets. Rapport building skills with customers and holding a valid UK driver's license are essential. Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided.
