We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our rehabilitation centre in Luton, Bedfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the centre complies with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the centre's operations, including health and safety, facilities management, and staff performance
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions and social inclusion initiatives
- Compile data and produce accurate, timely reports to inform centre operations
- Lead and support a diverse team of staff and volunteers
- Maximise client retention and occupancy to meet company targets
- Health and Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Experience developing therapeutic interventions and delivering group or one-on-one sessions in a substance misuse setting
- Proven track record of managing financial budgets effectively
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
- A supportive Personal Development Plan (PDP)
