Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Piers Meadows Recruitment is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist/Care Coordinator to join their team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a community mental health setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment and psychosocial interventions, as well as risk management in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment and treatment to clients with mental health issues
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Work closely with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working in community mental health settings
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
