Piers Meadows Recruitment is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist/Care Coordinator to join their team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a community mental health setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment and psychosocial interventions, as well as risk management in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assessment and treatment to clients with mental health issues
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
- Work closely with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in community mental health settings
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
