We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Support professional to join our team at a fantastic Welsh Speaking Primary School in the Swansea area.

About the Role:

  • Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality educational experiences for students
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure effective student support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with varying learning needs
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes
  • Maintain accurate records of student data and progress

Requirements:

  • Fluent Welsh speaking and writing skills
  • Previous experience working in an educational setting or supporting children (6 months minimum)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills to meet the evolving needs of students and the school

Benefits:
