Your New Role

  • Ensure the front-of-house areas are immaculately maintained and meet the studio's high standards.
  • Manage the diary, meeting rooms, and catering arrangements to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical support and set up meeting spaces as needed.
  • Greet clients, announce arrivals, and escort them to meeting rooms while offering refreshments.
  • Monitor staff movements and manage premises access to maintain a secure environment.
  • Verify that meeting room equipment is in good working order to avoid any disruptions.
  • Manage stock levels, order supplies, and track receipts to maintain efficient operations.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Arrange transportation for employees and couriers as required.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and parcels in a timely manner.
  • Support the Operations team with administrative tasks, Health and Safety, and project management to ensure the studio runs smoothly.
  • Continuously update and improve operational systems to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
