We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Edenbridge, Kent. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical and emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Support individuals to engage in leisure, home, and work-related activities
  • Assist with household tasks and personal care
  • Support individuals with healthcare needs, including medication administration
