About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Edenbridge, Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live their best lives.

What You Will Do

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that individuals receive high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of individual care plans and support strategies.

Requirements

  • A driving license and access to a car (or ability to get help getting to and from the service).

  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including early and late shifts and every other weekend.
