Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Children's Residential Manager to join our team at ZG Recruitment. As a Children's Residential Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff in a residential setting, providing care and support to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff in a residential setting, providing care and support to children and their families.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure that children receive comprehensive support.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Children and Young People
  • Must hold OR be willing to work towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People's Services
  • At least 3 years' experience working with children (within the last 5 years) and at least 1 year at management experience working with children/young people and their families in a residential setting
  • Sound knowledge and experience of working with OFSTED regulations
