We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property Viewing Guide. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, accompanying them to view properties, and gathering feedback to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Accompany prospective tenants to view properties, highlighting positive attributes and gathering feedback
* Host Open Houses on behalf of our landlords, showcasing properties to potential tenants
* Assist in the office with general administration and organizational tasks, requiring good communication and computer skills
* Maintain a busy diary of appointments, requiring a full driving license and own vehicle

Requirements

* Positive attitude towards work, with flexibility to cover weekdays on an as-and-when basis
* Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn our internal IT systems
* Full driving license and own vehicle, with confidence in following a busy diary of appointments

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.50, with occasional commission
