About the Role
Evelyn Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit assignments, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments, ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored audit services.
- Manage and motivate a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting and auditing standards, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Contribute to business development activities, identifying new opportunities and developing proposals.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA) with significant external audit experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, with the ability to apply them in a practical context.
