About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Line Supervisor to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a production line and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the performance of a production line, ensuring high-quality products and efficient operations
  • Manage people, processes, and systems to meet key targets and deliver against operational KPIs
  • Liaise and communicate with the Shift Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Continuously improve processes and identify areas of potential weaknesses
  • Lead and motivate a team to care about our customers, brand, and products
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
Requirements:
  • Assertive and keen eye for detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment, preferably in FMCG and grocery retail
  • Ability to solve problems using own initiative and drive change
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build a strong sense of team ownership and maintain high morale
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, flexible attitude
