We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically excellent audiologist or clinical scientist to lead and shape paediatric audiology services in the acute setting.
The successful candidate will be part of our dedicated paediatric team and will be responsible for leading and strategic development of the paediatric audiology service in the acute setting.
Key Responsibilities- To oversee and participate in paediatric hearing tests, hearing aid provision, and diagnostic tests for babies.
- To shape policy and strategic direction for paediatric services in the department.
- To demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and organisation ability.
- To develop and ratify standard operating procedures based on modern evidence-based practice.
- To show clinical leadership by innovating on clinical procedures in terms of outcome measures, quality assurance practices based on current best practice and national protocols.
