Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team at Mirrorworld. As the sole salesperson responsible for managing both B2C and B2B clients in the mirrors industry, you will be responsible for building relationships in sectors like Construction and Hospitality.
This is an opportunity for someone hungry to make an impact and earn uncapped commissions based on exceeding targets. You will be responsible for actively seeking out and converting leads through effective communication, staying on top of lead management and project coordination within our in-built system.
Duties- Build and maintain relationships within Construction and Hospitality sectors, focusing on businesses that require bespoke mirrors or bulk orders
- Demonstrate industry knowledge in glass, mirror, and framing, including product materials and tolerances
- Craft persuasive messaging using sales-focused copywriting techniques to keep potential clients engaged and progressing toward purchasing decisions
- Maintain communication across departments, ensuring a seamless flow between the sales and workshop team
- Proven sales experience, ideally within Glass, Mirror, Framing, Fitting or related trade industries
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt communication between B2C and B2B environments, leveraging sales-focused communication techniques
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and sales performance
- Results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide creative solutions
- Attention to detail, preferably due to previous experience from Construction, Hospitality or Interior Design industries
