As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating, supervising, and directing subcontracted labor on site to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high quality standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day coordination and supervision of direct and subcontracted staff
  • Management and allocation of resources, including plant, equipment, vehicles, and materials
  • Overseeing drainage and civil works, ensuring that all installations meet design specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting Construction Managers in line with our Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards
  • Undertaking safety and quality inspections and audits
  • Client communication and relationship building
  • Completing site inspections and maintaining site records
  • Driving outputs and motivating teams
  • Ensuring a high standard of work
  • Mentoring and coaching field team staff
