About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Learning Mentor to join our team at a Primary SEN school in St.

The successful candidate will have experience working with students with SEMH needs and be able to deliver specific behavior modification interventions.

This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide 1:1 support to students in year 6
  • To work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • To provide emotional support and stability to students with complex needs

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
