Job Title: Credit Controller
Contract: Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)
We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.
As a key figure in supporting the financial function of our business, you will be responsible for managing the asset of debt for Cambridge University Press & Assessment, within the global credit policy, by means of on-time collection and responsibility in making credit assessment/decisions.
As an experienced credit control professional aspiring to the highest standards, you will positively influence the credit management department.
- Creating and maintaining monthly aged debtor/credit reports in line with monthly credit cycle and deadlines.
- Chasing unpaid invoices by phone and email.
A credit control or accounts experience is preferable, but not essential. Alongside your strong Maths and English qualifications, you will possess a confident telephone manner and understand customer needs.
