We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our company's credit control processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment from our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer payments and outstanding balances
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment disputes and negotiate payment plans
- Monitor and analyze credit control metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
- Strong MS Excel skills and ability to analyze data
- Excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
