Job Overview:

Forsyth Barnes is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to join their team. As a key member of the digital product team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the websites and mobile apps.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of successfully leading product development teams, working closely with technical delivery partners and experience in digital product management. You will work closely with cross-functional internal and third-party teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the websites and mobile apps
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal and third-party teams to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Define and manage product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Engage with key stakeholders to organise and prioritise the product backlog
  • Act as the product subject matter expert, regularly communicating progress and updates to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, which are consistent with the brand hierarchy
  • Run Agile ceremonies and set up Agile tools and ways of working
  • Identify and track key metrics to monitor and analyse product performance and use data to inform product decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with senior management to align product strategy with overall business objectives and to facilitate collaboration across the business in a timely manner
  • Lead and manage the technical governance of the product, ensuring compliance with best practice and industry standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally with a focus on hospitality, leisure and entertainment industries
  • Strong experience in product development and launch, with a proven track record of successful product launches
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and Agile development methodologies
  • Experience of using website content management systems (CMS)
  • A working understanding of core website technologies such as HTML and CSS
