Afantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Development Lead to join our PIB Group team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of propositions, ensuring they remain market leading and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing insurer partners to ensure they are fulfilling their obligations and performing as required
  • Creating new products and improving existing products following the product development framework
  • Keeping up with market developments to ensure products remain fit for purpose
  • Using Insight to drive new ideas and innovative solutions
  • Developing close relationships with the technical team and subject matter experts across the business
  • Developing and managing insurer relationships for the benefit of PIB and our clients
  • Project managing new product development initiatives and product renewals
  • Owning revenue uplifts derived from PIB products
  • Driving product penetration and pipelining opportunities, understanding and reporting on product performance

The ideal candidate will have experience of broking, insurer management, and deal making, with a client value-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
