We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising our food and beverage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize operational efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of wines and spirits, with the ability to make recommendations to guests
