About the Role:

As a Breakfast Supervisor at Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. You will work closely with your team to drive revenue at every opportunity, ensuring all team members have the necessary training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder

Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa is a 4-star, 120-bedroom property located in Cambourne, 7 miles from Cambridge. Our hotel features The Bridge restaurant and the Lounge bar, offering afternoon tea, private dining, and meetings and event spaces. Our leisure facilities include a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
