We are seeking a skilled and motivated Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through effective team leadership and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
  • Work closely with your team to drive revenue growth through upselling and promoting our services.
  • Ensure all team members have received the necessary training to provide excellent service and promote our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department.
  • Ability to work in a professional, efficient, and high-quality service-oriented operation.
  • Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
  • Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa is a 4-star, 120-bedroom property located in Cambourne, 7 miles from Cambridge. Our hotel features The Bridge restaurant, the Lounge bar, and offers afternoon tea, private dining, and meeting and event spaces. Our leisure facilities include a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
