Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled operative to join our team at ARV Solutions Contracts. As a Semi-Skilled Factory Joiner, you will be responsible for undertaking routine production tasks, including assembly activities, material preparation, and equipment installation.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Undertake routine production tasks including assembly activities, material preparation activities, and equipment installation.
  • Cutting timber or metal wall panel, roof cassette, and associated project kits, and assembling them ready for dispatch in our static factory facilities.
  • Reporting to the Factory Section Leader/Manufacturing Manager.

Requirements:



  • Experienced in carpentry or from a trade background.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively without close supervision.
  • Able to drive and work the hours of 7.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday, with no overtime.
  • Able to work CIS.
  • Have an NVQ 2 in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent qualification.
  • Have the ability to work as part of a multi-functional team, respecting alternative professional skills and opinions.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Do you have your own tools?
