Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Design and Planning Lead - Water Infrastructure to join our dynamic Water business. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex water infrastructure projects, including wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, and flood protection schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design and planning of water infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design and planning activities are carried out in accordance with our quality management system and industry best practices.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in leading water infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent technical and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, water resources engineering, or a related discipline.
