Job Description

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at The LEGO Group, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in our stores. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for every guest, providing personalized service and support to meet their needs.
  • Operating cash registers efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their purchases.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment, adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Assisting with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies to management.
