About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at REISS. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues, and supporting the efficient operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless store operations
  • Pick and pack stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfillment
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our products and values to customers
