Job Title: Vehicle Systems Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, service, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles to the highest standards.
  • Diagnose faults and conduct thorough vehicle testing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Replace components, lubricants, and consumables while maintaining accurate records and adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Produce informative CITNOW Videos to update customers on their vehicle conditions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Meet manufacturer time frames for tasks, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle issues and ongoing servicing needs, building trust and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in light vehicle maintenance.
  • A commitment to pursuing further qualifications, especially in electric vehicle technologies.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and trust.
  • A high level of accountability for work quality and efficiency, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A valid UK driving licence, with a clean driving record.
