We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Department. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for driving change and developing a culture of excellence across our manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic goals and objectives to improve performance and compliance with management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, etc.).
- Manage a team of 4 senior stakeholders and 35 staff across the function, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Build relationships with external regulators and the wider community, including local government.
- Lead the development and implementation of a plan to achieve best practice performance aligned with business and site Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality targets.
- Align strategic objectives with the business vision and engage international stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 10 years' experience in a HSEQ Manager position, with 5 years spent on a top-tier COMAH site.
- Excellent communication skills to engage key stakeholders and direct leadership of senior stakeholders.
