Learning Environment Coordinator

Your Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor with Realise Education, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons to small groups or individual students
- Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Providing additional support and guidance to students as needed
- Supporting the assessment and monitoring of student progress
- Fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Contributing to the wider school community through participation in events and activities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively
- An adaptable and resilient nature
