Job Title: Part-Time Finance Manager

We're seeking a skilled Part-Time Finance Manager to join our team at Freestyle, a digital agency specializing in UX, design, and build for web and mobile. As a key member of our finance team, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing valuable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Oversee monthly payroll process, including PAYE and pension payments
  • Forecast cash flow and manage client and supplier payments
  • Lead internal year-end preparation, including financial statement preparation and submission to auditors
  • Collaborate with the FD to produce financial information for the monthly team meeting
  • Work with Project Managers and Account Directors to ensure accurate reporting and timely invoicing
  • Manage fixed assets, software licenses, and subscriptions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, HMRC, accountants, and other external partners

Requirements:

  • Commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and adaptability
  • Experience working in a people-based business and a motivated team
  • Part or fully qualified or qualified by experience
