Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Underwriters, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive transformational change, improving efficiency, and effectiveness within the Life Underwriting function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive business growth through the development and implementation of innovative underwriting strategies, processes, and systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Life Underwriting, with a strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
